How does our Housing Service work for corporations?

Our corporate housing service is designed to make the relocation process smooth and stress-free for both employers and employees.
Here's how it works, step by step:

1. Registration
We start with the registration. This is where your employee can register and fill in their personal preferences such as rental budget, move-in date, location, number of bedrooms and more. After registration, we’ll send a link by email with instructions on how to upload all required documents for the rental process.

2. Personal onboarding
Once registered, one of our dedicated agents will personally reach out via WhatsApp to introduce themselves. This agent will be the single point of contact throughout the entire rental journey. If preferred, we’re happy to schedule a (video) call to get to know each other better and understand specific needs.

3. Property search
Based on the employee’s preferences, the agent starts the home search. As soon as we find a suitable property, we share detailed information and photos via WhatsApp. If the employee is interested, we arrange a viewing either in person or through a video call.

4. Proposal & negotiation
After the viewing, the employee and the agent discuss the property. If they want to proceed, the agent submits a rental proposal on their behalf. In most cases, landlords or realtors respond within three business days.

5. Rental agreement & key handover
Once the proposal is accepted, we carefully review the draft rental agreement before sharing it. After all parties have signed, we assist with the key handover and help set up utilities such as electricity, gas, water, internet, and more.
