We then begin the search and present a selection of suitable options. Once we have found a few properties, we review the photos and schedule viewings. After finding the right home, we assist with crafting a strong offer and ensure a high chance of your employee becoming the new tenant or buyer. We also guide the negotiations with the landlord and make sure the lease agreement and other administrative matters are properly handled. We will also be by your side during the check-in and key handover.
