We start our search and networking process and inform you once we have suitable options for you. You can let us know your first thoughts by looking at the pictures and we decide together if we will plan a viewing on location.
Did we hit the bullseye with the viewing on location, or is it not as expected?
We decide together if we proceed the searching process or if we take it to the next level.
After our great presentation and motivation of the offer to the lessor, we will have to wait and see if they will choose you as the new resident. If not, we will strive to get a new offer to you as soon as possible.
Once you have been chosen to be the one, we will advise and assist your with all the administrative matters that come with renting or buying a new home in Amsterdam. We will also be by your side once you will get the keys of your new home.
