Think of price range, square meters, number of bedrooms, location, etc. After we find a few options we will go through the pictures and see if we can proceed to a viewing on location. After we find the right place for you, we help with creating the best offer with a great presentation style and use our strength to persuade the rental agency, in order to maximize the chance for you to become the new renter or buyer. When the place is yours, we will be your adviser when it comes to the rental agreement and other administrative matters. Also we will be by your side once we do the check in and the key handover.
