Step-by-Step housing process: from search to move-In
Step 1 - Register: Start by registering via our website. This allows us to understand your budget, preferred neighbourhoods, and rental requirements.
Step 2 – Personal Welcome & Service Agreement: Within 24 hours, your dedicated housing agent will reach out with a welcome message and send the Service Agreement to confirm that we can start searching for a property on your behalf.
Step 3 – Property Search Begins: We carefully select suitable apartments based on your criteria. Properties are shared via secure email or WhatsApp, and virtual viewings are arranged if you cannot visit in person.
Step 4 – Upload Required Documents: All required documents, such as three recent payslips (if applicable), identification, and proof of employment, can be uploaded securely online. We ensure everything is safely stored and shared only with relevant landlords.
Step 5 – Viewings: Once suitable properties are found, viewings are scheduled. Virtual viewings are available for clients abroad.
Step 6 – Submitting a Rental Proposal: We submit your rental application with all required documents, presenting you as a reliable tenant.
Step 7 – Approval of Application: Landlords typically respond within a few days. If approved, the apartment is reserved for you.
Step 8 – Draft Tenancy Agreement: We review the tenancy agreement carefully before sharing it with you, making sure all terms are clear.
Step 9 – Digital Signing: Once all parties agree, the tenancy agreement is signed digitally, allowing remote completion if needed.
Step 10 – First Payment & Service Fee: The first month’s rent, security deposit, and service fee are invoiced. Our service fee is only payable once the rental is successfully secured (No Cure, No Pay).
